Terms of Use

1. Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Break the law. Use the Site in a way that violates any law or regulation.

• Gain unauthorized access. Try to access the Site, its servers, or connected systems without permission.

• Disrupt the Site. Introduce viruses or malicious code, or overload the Site with automated requests.

• Scrape the Site. Collect data from the Site through scraping or other automated means without our written permission.

• Mislead others. Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.

2. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos, and software, belong to Cravto or its licensors. They are protected by the laws of the Republic of Armenia and by international copyright and trademark laws. The Cravto name and logo belong to Cravto.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and print pages of the Site for your own informational use, as long as you keep all copyright and other notices. Any other use, including copying, modifying, distributing, or republishing Site content, requires our prior written permission.

3. What you send us

When you send us a message, an idea, or an application, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights.

Please don’t send confidential information through the Site. Unless we’ve signed a confidentiality agreement with you, we can’t treat what you send as confidential. We see many ideas, and we may already be working on, or later work on, ideas similar to yours. Receiving your submission doesn’t limit our ability to do so.

We handle personal data in your submissions as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Our ventures and other websites

The Site links to websites we don’t control, including the websites of ventures we have built or co-created, such as Berel, Filoo, and Nukres. Each has its own terms and privacy policy, and we aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

5. No professional advice

Content on the Site is for general information only. It isn’t legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice, and it isn’t an offer to provide services or to invest. Don’t rely on it without getting advice specific to your situation.

6. Disclaimers

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or up to date.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, Cravto isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, including liability for intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence.

8. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Cravto for losses, costs, and claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

9. Reporting infringement

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright or other rights, contact us with:

• The work or right you believe is infringed.

• Where the content appears on the Site.

• Your contact details.

• A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them.

We’ll review every report and remove content where appropriate.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Site after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia, unless mandatory law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
