As a Forward Deployed Product Manager, you work alongside the people who have the problem, in a client team or one of our ventures. You lead the path from a fuzzy need to a deployed AI product that people use every day.
What you’ll do
Scope the problem. Work directly with client and venture teams to understand the workflow, the data, and what success actually looks like.
Shape the solution. Turn a business problem into a clear product plan: what to build first, what to test, and what to leave out.
Lead the build. Work alongside designers and engineers every day, making the trade-offs that get a useful product shipped.
Drive adoption. Stay with the product after launch. Measure usage, gather feedback, and iterate until it earns its place in the workflow.
Carry lessons forward. Turn what you learn into playbooks, evaluations, and tools the rest of Cravto can reuse.
What you bring
Product experience. You’ve shipped software products end to end, ideally for business users.
Hands-on with AI. You’ve built with large language models and know where they shine and where they break.
Client instinct. You’re comfortable in front of customers and can translate between executives and engineers.
Ownership. You move the work forward without waiting for a perfect brief.
Clear writing. Your specs, updates, and decisions are short, specific, and easy to act on.
Your first 90 days
You’re embedded in at least one client or venture engagement and own its product direction.
You’ve shipped a first version of an AI product to real users and measured how they use it.
You’ve turned one lesson into a reusable asset: a template, an evaluation, or a tool.
